German Prisoners
(Rec. l.Oi p.m.) LONDON. Cct. 17. Tiie full Synod of Convocation of York unanimously declared that the retention of German prisoners in Britain could not be justified morally and introduced a revolutionary principle. Archbishop Garbett said that by agreement all prisoners would be repatriated by the end of 1948.
