(Special) AUCKLAND, This day. While the hospitality extended to the officers and men of the airci’aftcarrier Theseus and the destroyer Cockade by Auckland residents is described as unbounded, the ship’s company of the Theseus is applying their Admiral’s rule that work must come first.
The air group is piling up flying hours in very extensive exercises at Whenuapai and Seafires and Fireflies wei'e engaged yestei’day in foi-mation flying, deck landing practice and navigational tests.
Both ships, will again be open to the public tomorrow.
