NEWS OF THE DAY
MULTIPLE DAISY Apparently the combined efforts of several daisies a flower of the common lawii variety has been brought into the Northern Advocate office. Discovered by a resident of Morningside Road while mowing his lawn the flower was some two inches long and slightly over an inch wide. The stalk was wide, being almost the same width as the flower, and was flat. The colour tonings of the petals were normal in every way. Henry Wilson's showing in Cretonnes, Tapestries, Curtain Nets, Repps, etc., is arousing considerable attention. The goods are the very latest in design and colouring. 36in. Fancywork Linen in ecru and white has also just opened out.
