industrialists Got Hitler's Backing
(Rec. 11 a.m.) NUREMBERG, Aug. 29. At the trial of Nazi industrialists today the prosecution introduced statements by Farben directors in which they boasted that Hitler would be unable to wage war without their help. Henrich Buetefisch, one of the defendants, testified in a statement that he talked Hitler into backing Farben’s synthetic petrol research as early as I 1933.
