Few Training As Men's Hairdressers (P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day.
Though Wellington has sufficient haidressers to handle all business offering at present, the prospect for the future is not considered by the trade to be particularly bright. During the war practically no apprentices were trained and today there are only two or three throughout the city. With the general scarcity of labour many youths are finding it more profitable to enter the ranks of unskilled labour.
