Probe Into LSC Administration
(11.30 a.m.) CANBERRA. This Day. Judge R. C. Kirby, of the District Court of New South Wales been appointed Royal Commissioner to inquire into and report on the Land Sales Control Administration. He will conduct a public inquiry on oath. Sittings begin in Sydney on Tuesday.
The commissioner will investigate the handling of land sales controls in the Sydney and Canberra offices of the authority. He will decide whether any person in the Land Sales Control's Sydney or Canberra offices was guilty of misconduct or wrongdoing.
