Tlie annual mooting r.f the Kamo Wo- i men's Institute was held on March 27. Mrs j Markwick presided over a good _ allot- ( dance. Two new members were nominated. * The following officers were elected: j President, Mrs Markwick (re-elected): vice-president: Mrs G. Richards: secretary. Mrs N. Melnncs (re-elected): treas- C urer, Mrs Newman (re elected). I Mrs Coswell was appointed delegate to ? the federation meeting. The price for the most points went .to Mrs R. Campbell, with Mrs Lnngr.uge second. The prize for best bloom went to Mrs Grant ham. Mrs Andrews reported that 22 parcels had been sent overseas. I Hostesses for the afternoon mere idesdames Markwick, Lilley and Hinsdale. 1
