Rebel Move In Paraguay Shopped
(Rec. 1 p.m.) ASUNCION, Mar. 7. An armed group of civilians seized police headquarters in what the Government says was an attempt to start a revolution, but they were dislodged after heavy gunfire and arrested. The insurgents were reported to be members of the Leftist FebrerisUi Farly. The Government has announced that, it received messages of support from the armed forces and that “peace reigns in all parts of the Republic.” Paraguay has been under a stale of siege since January 13 when the president ousted the Febreristas from the Cabinet following the discovery of a plot to overthrow the regime. There have been a series of demonstrations by students'and Communists.
