(Rec. 11 a.m.) BRUSSELS, Mar. 6. The Senate vote on the budget for argiciilture resulted in a tie which, according to parliamentary procedure, means defeat for the Government. The Minister of the Interior (M. Auguste Buisseret) asked for suspension of the session to allow the Government to consider the position.
