(Special.) AUCKLAND, This Day. With a view to discouraging absenteeism from schools, Mr C. S. Morris suggested at today’s Education Board meeting that the issue of good-attend-ance certificates be reinstituted. * He pointed out that too many children were kept away from school by parents. especially on Fridays. The Board decided to seek the opinion of the Headmasters’ Association.
