Recall Envoy To Argentine
WASHINGTON. June 28.
The State Department nas -announced tha! the United States Ambassador to Argentina (Mr. Norman Armour) has been ordered to return to Washington for consultations. An official of the State Department said it was only logical that Mr. Armour should, be recalled when the whole course of Argentine relations was under discussion with other American Governments. The Associated P’-ess says that Mr. Armour’s recall is regarded as a deterioration of United States- Argentine diplomacy.
