Many Members Of British Parliament In The Forces
SYDNEY, This Day. Members of the House of Lords who have joined the services number IGo. and 24 have been killed as a result ci enemy action. Forty-one heirs of peers have joined the services. These figures were given yesterday by the Earl of Listowel. who is a member of the British Parliamentary delegation now in Australia. Major S. F. Markham. M.P., said 120 members of the House of Commons had joined the services, of whom 60 had served on the baitlefronts. Thirteen had been killed in action.
