Attempted Murder Charge
(P.A.) AUCKLAND, This Day. On discharge from hospital this morning, Norman Leslie Huia Kelly, storeman, 45, was brought before the magistrate (Mr. J. H. Luxford) on a charge of attempting to murder Katherine Agnes Kelly on September 7.
Remanding Kelly until October 4, the magistrate said he would recommend that facilities be given to allow accused to be examined by a psychiatrist. ♦;! ’W
