Restoration Votes
(Special) AUCKLAND. This Day. None of the four Auckland no-lieense areas reached even a bare majority for restoration, and in the cases of Eden and Roskill there was again a heavy vote for the retention of no-license.
Details of the voting in the districts concerned are as follows:
The returns from Masterton. Wellington East, Wellington South, Wellington Suburbs. Oamaru. Clutha, and Mataura are not to hand.
