WHANGAREI WAR INVESTMENTS NOW UP TO £loo,ooo
Although delayed from Saturday to Monday, Whangarei. has attained the £IOO,OOO mark in- the war loan campaign. Investments yesterday amounted to £7778, bringing the total to £101,635. It was hoped to reach £IOO,OOO by noon on Saturday, but this was delayed until yesterday. The mark for next week-end is £150,000.
