Belgium Helps To Compile List Of Guilty

LONDON. March 6,

The Prime Minister of Belgium (M. Pierlot) in a broadcast, expressed belief that Germany realised already that she has lost the war. Soon she would see what price she must pay. M. Pierlot said: “We have put away any thought of useless revenge, but we all desire that punishment shall be inflicted, otherwise nations would no longer believe in justice.” The fact finding commission in which Belgium was represented iwas already dralwing up a list of the guilty and setting forth their misdeeds. There would be no escape. The new international law would not allow neutrals to refuse extradition and neutrals will realise it is in their interests and co-operate in securing the establishment of a true order of human society based on law and legality.
