(Special) KAITAIA, This Day “In the present dangerous times, it is essential that all personnel be always fit for instant action. Loca dances cease at midnight or later, and although leave expires at midnight it is often much later before some of the men return to camp. They do not get the rest they need before going on duty. I therefore ask that the board make it a condition of licenses that all dances finish at 11.30 p.m.” This was the gist of a letter read at the Kaitaia Town Bokd meeting last night. “I feel we should comply with this request,” said the acting-chairman (Mr D.
