This very helpful letter recently arrived at H.Q. and Princess very gratefully accepted the help it offered. Dear Kupe, Being a Far Northlander born and bred (although no longer a young one) I generally look through your page to see what you are doing for your tribe and to read your weekly letter, which is the more interesting to me now, as you are living near the North I knew so well in my youth. But this is only a preamble to an offer of a competition to save Princess a little extra fag in that line. If I am any judge, she will have her hands full with two young elves and a man to care for. And here is the competition. The 15 cities are in all parts of the world. List your solution, add a joke and send to Kupe. “Advocate” Office, Box 4, Kaitaia, not later than December 23. Generally on Sundays people dine at 2 o’clock. 14. —Having fitted the coat the tailor leans on his elbow, and views his work. 15. —Let me hope, kind friends, for vour approbation.
