ROUNDHEAD Versus SQUAREHEAD
ZURICH, May 26. Oliver Cromwell may be Hitler’s opponent. That is the conclusion of the Swiss newspaper “National Zeitung,” which, in a leading article, states: Hitler’s'opponent is not Churchill, but all British history. Or, if one of many must be singled out, then it is Cromwell. “It is not possible to wage war against the dead. One cannot conclude a compromise with them.”
