Fish-Canning In The Bay
[Special to "Northern Advocate”] AUCKLAND, This Day. Notice is issued in the current Gazette that application has been made by Mr. G. H. Metcalfe, solicitor, Auckland, as trustee for a proposed company known as “John Kaaland, Ltd.,” for a fish canner’s license in respect of a factory or plant proposed to be established in the Bay of Islands, or some other locality in the Auckland provincial district. The proposal involves canning of kahawai, trevalli and generally all edible fish.
