No Further Word Of Child Evacuation

The reported announcement that the evacuation of children to Austi'alia will probably be resumed about next September was referred to the Minister for Internal Affairs (Mr. Parry) yestei’day.
The Minister said he had l-eceived no advice to this effect, nor had any despatch come to hand suggesting the possibility of more British children being sent to New Zealand this year.
