Bulgarians Replace German Garrison On Greek Island
(Rec. 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, May 22. It is understood that the German garrison on the Greek islands of Myt.ilene and Chios are now 6000 and 2000 respectively. According to a later message from Sofia, it is officially announced that Bulgarian troops have replaced the German garrison in the islands of Samothrace and Thrasos.
