Substitute “British” For “German” And It’s True
LONDON, May 27. A foreign broadcast stated that German aeroplanes, submarines, speedboats, mineboats and destroyers were incessantly patrolling the Channel between Dover and Calais and between Folkestone and Boulogne. It is authoritatively stated that if the word “British” replaced “German” the statement would be 100 per cent, true.
