More Recruits In Northern Area Last Week

r Special to ‘‘Northern Advocate." 1 AUCKLAND, This Day. Recruiting in the Northern Military District last, week totalled 250, compared with 217 for the previous week, demonstrating the stimulating effect of parades such ns were held last week. The increased total for the whole district was borne by the Auckland and Paeroa areas. At Whangarei and Hamilton the enlistments were poorer than they were the previous week. Harrison (Moerewa). Maoris. —Kaikohe: N. P. Epitia (Kaeo), F. Tamati (Motukaraka).
