(Received 2 p.ra.) LONDON, April 11. PREPARATIONS ARE BEING MADE AGAINST A POSSIBLE GERMAN OFFENSIVE ON THE WESTERN FRONT. All French army leave has been suspended. Belgium lias followed suit. (Military sources have noted clear German preparations for an offensive. Considerable German activity is indicated along the 100-mile front between the Moselle and the Rhine, and also on the Belgian, Luxemburg and Dutch borders. The Paris correspondent, of the “Daily Mail” says the French General Staff believes that German preparations for an- offensive are complete, and the Germans are ready to attack, possibly on Monday. . . The enemy in the past 24 hours has made three or four deep reconnaissances over Northern and Eastern France. The Diitch are also completing military preparedness. A large detachment of troops lias been moved to the German frontiers.
