Northland B Team Too Good For Central

By 19 sets to 7, the Northland Tennis Association B team defeated Central B at Maungakaramea yesterday. Northland triumphed in the singles matches by 10 sets to 3, in the doubles by 5 to 2. and in the combines by 4 to 2. Results are as follows (Northland players being mentioned first): — ladies’ Singles.—Miss Whitehouse beat Mrs McLennan, 6 —5; Miss Hodsell beat Mrs F. O’Shea, 6—l; Mrs McCracken beat Mrs E.
