(Received 11.30 a.m.) SHANGHAI, February 12. A Japanese military official announces that a Chihese Army of 50,000 men supporting the head of the Chinese Puppet Government (Wang Heingwei) landed on the coast of Fukien on Monday of last week,, and, with the Japanese Army and Navy in cooperation, captured Shaoan.
