Enlistments at Pahi Regatta
Two recruiting sergeants on duty at the Pahi Regatta on Saturday enlisted four men for the Third Echelon of the Second Expeditionary Force. Enlistments throughout the Northland area on Saturday totalled seven, as follows: Whangarei: F. Akehurst (Waikiekie), E. McGinn (Paparoa), R. E. H. E. Jackson (Whakapirau), J. M. Lane (Waiotira). Dargavilie: R. S. Keough (Ararua). Kaikohe: L. S. McKeown (Kaeo).
