Combined Services disposed easily of a much weakened High School B team. A three-pointer would have been theirs had they attempted to force the issue, but bowling changes were frequent and some of the youngsters batted stubbornly. School B: 58 (Fox 25 not out: Fraser 10). Combined Services: 146 (Slater 32 retired, Huston 47 retired, Lark 18, Atkins 10, Brooks 10; R. Thomas took 4 for 30).
