The handicaps, which have been declared by the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron on behalf of the Whangaroa Regatta Club, are as follows: Ranger, scr; lorangi, 55mins; Tamatea. Ihr 20mins; Little Jim, 2hrs 20mins; Marangi, 2hrs 35mins; Aromoana, 2hrs 55mins; Aitair, 3hrs 20mins; Windward, 4hrs lOmins; Tainui, 4hrs 20 mins; Matatua, shrs 30mins; Revel, 6 hrs 30mins.
