Toys for the children. 936 NORTH AUCKLAND ELECTRIC POWER BOARD SUPPLY INTERRUPTION Power will be cut off throughput the Board’s District on SUNDAY, 3rd December, between the hours of 12.30 a.m. and 4.0 a.m., for the purpose of making alterations at the main sub-stations. A T a General Meeting of the members of the above Society, held on 2Gth day of August, 1939, the following resolution was passed; “That the Association be voluntarily, wound up under Sec. 24 of the Incorporated Societies’ Act, 1908, and that the present Honorary Secretary be appointed liquidator at a fee of £2/2/-.” The resolution was subsequently confirmed by a General Meeting of the Society called together for that purpose and held on the 28th day of October, 1939. As a result of the foregoing resolution, the undersigned, Noel Miles Clifford, became liquidator for the purpose of the winding up. NOTICE TO PROVE The creditors of the above Society are required on or before the 31st day of December, 1939, to send their names and addresses, and particulars of their debts or claims, to the undersigned, or if required by notice in writing, to come in and prove such debts or claims, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
