British Fishing Ships Called Home
(Received 10.30 a.m.)
LONDON, September 4
The British Broadcasting Corporation has broadcast a navigational warning to all British fishing vessels off the east coast of England, south of latitude 57 north, to return to their harbours.
A message from Copenhagen says a radio warning has been sent to ships of the location of German mines between the southern strip of Sweden and the island of Moewn, between Langerlang and Laaland. The Danish Government is reported to be preparing a minefield to protect Copenhagen.
