Fire.—A dwelling on the farm of Mr I. Capel, Waikaretu Valley, about 13 miles from Tuakau, was destroyed by fire on Saturday night, together with a new sedan motor car and two valuable farm dogs, which were shut in a wash-house. The loss on the house is estimated at about £2OOO, and, the loss on the garage and car at about £4OO. Both buildings were insured.
