Pacific Survey Flights Under Negotiation

(Received 12 noon) MELBOURNE, This Day.

Negotiations are taking place between the British, Australian, New Zealand and Canadian Governments for a survey flight of the Pacific soon. Much of the groundwork for the flight, which, it is suggested should be from New Zealand to San Francisco via Fiji and Honolulu and up the Pacific coast to Canada, has already been done.

If carried out the flight will be financed by the Governments of the countries which would participate in any air service that might follow.
