NORTHLAND TRIBE
“Advocate” Office, Water St- Whangarei, Tuesday, February 21, 1939; Hello Everybody, The S.P. is asleep, so this is a good opportunity to •'write my letter. By the way, I think I’ll have to change S.P. to B.P. He’s growing so large that to call him small is hardly correct. He’s also growing “gooder”—three cheers! And this week is Fitness Week! Kupe seems to have caught the feeling for he’s dashing round the place working hard and making good resolutions about competitions and mailbags. His “sort of” holiday must have done him good, musn’fc it? He’s still making mysterious and exasperating ✓ • • remarks about secrets! Isn’t he a tease! But there are really big doings afoot, I believe, and well worth waiting for. But we’ll heed to set in a store of patience to last us a while longer. Have a good week, Northlanders ,o!d and young, and get the best out of tills special fitness week; Not all of us are able to take an active part in community doings of this kind, but we can each have our own little fitness campaign to suit our own needs. Cheerio till next week.
* Princess, Northland Tribe.
