[Special to “Northern Advocate”] AUCKLAND, This Day. It is understood that 40 nominations have been received by the Labour Representation Committee for the selection of a full Labour ticket for the Auckland Transport Board election in May. It is understood that the present chairman, the Hon. H. G. R. Mason, has not been nominated. It is definitely stated that Mr W. T. Anderton, M.P., will not contest his seat owing to excessive Parliamentary duties. The remaining sitting Labour members have been nominated.
