Plans For Britons To Leave Barcelona

(Received 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, January 25. The Consul-General, who is remaining in Barcelona, is reported to have informed British subjects who have not availed themselves of the opportunities of evacuation, that they lare welcome to take refuge in the consulate if the situation deteriorates. Mr R. Stevensop, British Minister at Barcelona, and the rest of the British Embassy staff have embarked in the cruiser Devonshire, which proceeded to Port Vendres, where it will remain with Mr Stevenson on board until further notice.
