Nazis And Franco In Cultural Accord
(Received 10 a.m.) BERLIN, January 24. Mutual interests in each others achievements .is the object of a cultural agreement signed between Germany and Nationalist Spain.
It provides for the building of a German house in Spain and a Spanish house in Germany; for more extensive study of the respective languages in the schools and universities; the exchange of students and lecturers; and the prohibition of literature attacking either regime.
German schools in Spain will be ac - corded the right to use their own methods without supervision.
