23 State Houses For Kaitaia
Representatives of the State Housing Department have visited Kaitaia recently and have been final teed for the erection of 23 houses.
Contracts for the first five units have been let to Messrs Worth and Weber, of K'aitaia. Three of the jobs will be single houses, while the other two will form a double-unit.
The site for the scheme is one of the best in Kaitaia and It situated above the town near the hospital on the block of land previously owned by Mr F. Matthews.
