• Received. 2.30 p.m.) BERLIN. January 25. England, France and Russia together possessed 20,000 warplanes, according to ,an article signed by Captain von Zerka, a member of the German High Command. It is believed the figures arc based bn estimates supplied by the German Intelligence Service. The total, including reserves, are: Britain. 6000; France, 5000; Russia, 9000. The wartime strength of the respective armies is given as:—Britain, 2.000. France. 4,600.000; and also 1,500,000 native troo*ps; Russia, 11.000. Germany’s strengths arc not mentioned.
