Franco’s Forces Control Main Roads
(Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, January 13. A message from Burgos says Moors occupied Tortosa, a former Loyalist seaplane base, 60 miles south of Tarragona. The Rebels now command all the main roads converging into Tarragona.
