The Whsngarci Miniature Rifle Club’s compel it ions wore continued .last night. In the contest lor the F. H. Cowan trophy, of which the semitine, 1 was tired. R. Massey is leading, with Mrs R. Lynch next in order. A further round of the Dr. F. H. Buckley trophy competition was also lived. On the night’s shooting. the Tisdall Handicap Button wont to K. Waters, and the Dr. Buckley Challenge Roosters to M. Stewart in the A grade, with a score of 98. and to K. Waters in the B grade, with 93. Leading scores were: —D. McGahey, 946 —100: K, Waters. 93 —7—100; R. Massey. 972 —99: M. Stewart. 98—1 — 99; J; Pattison. 93—4—97; L. Holmes. 92 —2—94; L. Marrane. 81—12 —93; A. Higgins, 90—1—91.
