' another severe ilood was oxperiouccc in Dargavillc. when the high tides again rose above the banks of the Northern Wairoa river and rushed into the main ; .met. covering the footpaths and roadway to a depth of ; lvcral inches. At noon yesterday ihe tide again commenced to rise, and shortly after 1 o'clock had tilled the water channels. It thoi began to recede.
