Small Hukerenui Yarding
The North Auckland Farmers' Coop., Limited reports holding a stock sale at Hukerenui yesterday. Owing to the wet weather, only a small yarding came forward, consisting chiefly of dairy cows and heifers, which met with fair competition at late rates. Forward Jersey heifers' made from £5 17/6 to £6 7/6; backward. £5 to £5 10/-; Shorthorn cows, £3 17/6 to £4 10/-; Jersey cows. £5 5/-; forward Jersey heifers. £4 2 7 6; boner cows. £1 15to £3 13/-.
