The North Auckland Farmers’ Coop. Limited reports holding a sale at Towai yesterday, when a small yarding, comprised mainly of beef, came forward and met with keen competition at improved prices. Dairy cows were dull of sale. Heavy fat cows made from £8 to £8 10/; medium, £6 to £7; light cows and heifers, £4 10/ to £5 12/6; fat Jersey cows, £4 10/; dairy cows, £5.
