NEW OVERSEAS LETTER-POSTAGE RATES From July 26, inclusive, the ordinary postages rates on letters to countries beyond New Zealand will be: — All British Countries and Egypt (except Australia), l£d each half ounce. Australia (meantime), Id each oz. All Foreign Countries, 2£d first oz; lad each succeeding one. For all articles except letters the existing rates are unchanged. Inland rates are unchanged.
