Death Calls For Hangman
MONTREAL, July 22. The Canadian hangman, Arthur Alexander English, known as Arthur Ellis, is dead. He was a brother of John Ellis, lor years a hangman in Britain. He was 74 years of age and was reported a few days ago to be lying poor and friendless at death s door in a Montreal hospital.
