The totalisator handled £27.954. No comparison is - available, as there was no winter meeting last year. The turnover at the last meeting on the course, in April, was £33.526 10/-. Taihoa Handicap, of 175 sovs.; 71 furlongs.—(6-6) Gay Seton. 9.2, 1; (2-1) Young Paddon. 8.0, 2; (8-8) Solomon, 8.1. 3. Seven other starters. A neck: half a length. Time: 1.35.
