Czech Minorities Problem
• Received 10 a.m.> PRAGUE. July 21, Dt tails of Ihc Czech Governments minority plan, obtained from a reliable source, indicate that it provides for four Diets covering the traditional divisions of Czechoslovakia. Bohemia. Moravia. Silesia. Slovakia, and Ruchcnia. the seals in each Diet to be divided among electorates representing the various nationalities of the province. The Central Government would re- > coivo control of Slate nuance, foreign policy and defence. It is reported that the British and French Governments yesterday sent similar and simultaneous demarches to Prague, designed to stimulate the Czech Government to go to the limit to ensure a settlement with the Sude■.en Germans, in the interests of European peace.
