LONDON, July 18. At the wool sales today. 7441 bales were offered, including 4287 of New Zealand wool, and 6460 were sold. With a moderate selection,, chiefly of New Zealand crossbreds, competition continued active, and good clearances were effected at steady rates. New Zealand gfeasy Corriedale, “Adriverino,” made a top price of lid and an average of lOd; crossbred of the same brand, lOd and 91d; scoured, “N.Z.W.M.A..” 13d and 8d; slipe halfbred lambs, ‘T.8.5.,” Canterbury, 12.1 d and 81,d; “Three Stars,” Feildmg, 13Jd and 11-Id. The Bradford tops market is very firm, but quiet. The majority of users have covered their needs.
